Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Ship Local
Attach the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier partner location across Indonesia.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
